How many of us heard that dreaded command as a child? For some reason, vegetables do not seem to naturally attract many people….But I have realized that when presented as a deletable meal, eating vegetables can become a thrill rather than a task!
Thankfully for me, I have a friend who delights in whetting my appetite for vegetables with creative culinary concoctions. This is one of his many simple and delicious recipes for you to try:
Meat: Wild Caught Salmon/ Tuna
Condiments: Extra Virgin Olive oil, Malt Vinegar
Extras: Parmesan Cheese,Cottage Cheese, Plain Hummus
