Every Season, I make a To Do List of activities or events I would like to accomplish and experience. You can check out my 2016 Spring To Do List HERE . This Spring, I’ve decided on 5 things that WE (yes, you and me) could do together, check them out!
1. Donate clothes to a Charity’s Thrift Store.
It’s Spring cleaning time which means that it is time to go through your closet for clothes you have not worn in a year. Any article of clothing I no longer find useful or flattering goes in my giveaway pile to make space for me to see the clothes I actually want to wear.
Instead of just dropping clothes at any clothing drop off, research a charity that gives money to a cause you care about. Since learning about the cruel disease known as Lupus, I have desired to support research to help alleviate the effects of Lupus and ultimately find a cure, so I now donations are going towards that purpose. There are many charitable thrift shops so be sure to look out for one that you would support anyway.
2. Eat at 2 new Restaurants
Do you have a favorite dinner or brunch spot that you have become a regular at? I know I do. I enjoy walking into my usual spot so much that I am beginning to miss out on new restaurants that are popping up around town. So this Spring, I’m making it a point to try at least 2 new restaurants and I’ll share my experiences with you on my Instagram story @stylewithbuki and here on the blog ofcourse!
3. Host a Spring Lunch or Brunch at home with friends
Do you ever meet someone and immediately know that another friend of yours would get along well with that new person? Well, this happens to me so often and I know I can’t have a coffee date with every pair that I want to introduce, so I think it’s best to just invite everyone over for a home cooked meal. It’s will be the ultimate meet-up, and who doesn’t enjoy a home-cooked meal with friends??

4. Exercise outdoors once a week.
During the winter months it’s easy to find an excuse not to exercise because it’s freezing outside and your muscles seem tighter than ever but it’s different in the Spring. There are more options than just the treadmill at the gym because parks are open again and the weather is welcoming. So this Spring savor the outdoors and take your workout outside.
5. Take a day trip to a new city.
Just like my usual restaurants choices (that I mentioned earlier), I am a creature of habit and can stand to do a bit more exploring, can you? So why not check out a neighboring cities and make it your mission for find out what makes them unique. I’ll be exploring Virginian cities this Spring.
What do you think of the Spring To Do List? Would you join me in doing it?
